PB's first time really getting some air. (don't laugh to hard Ricky) This was my first new bike,it was a Yamaha YZ 80 B. I think it cost about $500. The decal on my hi tech helmet means keep out in Papua New guinea. Which is where we lived just before coming back to Australia where I started my hi profile professional moto cross, fam filled career. Yes more to laugh about. You can click on the photos to enlarge them and get more details.
As always, enjoy ,pass on to others, let me know and laughs on me...
Cheers PB

Hahah, such a nice pic, it certainly has a warm tone, as all the old pics. I hate when people don't use printed photos anymore. Darn digi! And thank you for your e-mail, I really hope Heath Ledger gets rewarded, he was such a great talent! And The curious case of Benjamin Button should get a few Oscars as well!

ReplyDeleteHi Peter,
ReplyDeleteI came back and sent you a comment, but I don't know where it went to.
There is a joke I heard today. We had a Kiwi Bloke who lived in Oz for a long time. He is a puppeteer. When I read about you being in PNG, I thought of you. He was doing a puppet show in PNG when the children in PNG asked if his puppet is edible.
Is it true that the PNG people think anything that moves is edible? In that case, your bike must have cause quite a few PNGer to drool. LOL
Thanks for your comment in my old blog. I didn't quite understand what you mean by "No Email" Do you mean "No comment" I shall love to continue to spin a yarn with you.

If you go to your Fisherman's wharf, pick up a biggest crab and DHL for me. I never got over the big crab I had even though it was back in 1977 and I left my heart in SF.
I see in your profile: "FAVORITE MUSIC: JAZZ & BLUES"
